Overall chime is great if you need a side account to move money through, looking to build your credit score. You can also receive your paycheck early after a certain amount of money has been deposited. Unfortunately the response of customer service is a big thing for me and that’s honestly why I decided to close my accounts

Went to leave work one evening, went out to my truck to leave and realized my windshield was busted. Just so happens I had less than a hundred dollars in the bank. " New windshield is $340". Thanks to Chimes borrow feature, I was up and going before the day was over.

I've had chime over a year. Since changing I have no problems with my money missing or debit/credit and deposits missing. My money is always there and even when late they notify you via email with a reason and apologize! What other app does this? NONE!

I love Chime! It's simple to use & best of all... it is FREE mobile banking! They even have a cool feature called Spot Me, so you & your friends can send each other boosts- Spot Me is to avoid Overdraft fees, Chime will spot you up to $X amount of money in case you overspend. There are several ATM options available, so getting your money isn't hard at all if you need to get cash. They also let you add a ChimeSign (similar to a CashTag w/ Cashapp) a P2P payment system thru Chime! Super neat!!!

Overall, this is my least favorite online collaboration tool.
