Dynatrace has been a good addition to our armor of APM tools that we use. It was a an easy to install/deploy solution and we have been using it to monitor our services

We needed visibility into real user application monitoring, which was every expensive with New Relic. Ruxit provides more proactive approach to our decision making. The unique ability to combine metrics with the underlying cause of the issue is a real value add. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of detailed information available without having to make any configurations. All the real user performance metrics are simple to understand and easy to find on their highly interactive dashboards. Their analytics dashboard offers precise information with great infographics. We were able to make several changes to our application using the information provided by ruxit and this had a great impact on improving the real user performance for our applications!

1. Its report on the incident is to the point and quite accurate.2. The Dynatrace AI is impressive in regards to assessing the impact on the app.3. They have some valuable features such as PurePath, which is it's patented distributed tracing and code-level analysis technology.4. All of the Dynatrace features can be accessed by a centralized hub.5. It's built to scale, it can perform automated monitoring of over 100000 hosts.

The auto depiction of the entire cloud infrastructure helps reduce manual effort in instrumenting the application and its management.

I've been working for about 6 months with Dynatrace, and it's amazing how it has improved troubleshooting process and problem management workflow
