I really like all of the tools and resources that salesforce has.

I like the customization options, especially the workflows which is helpful for managing, I like that we can track tasks across departments. This reduced the manual data entry.

Although the learning curve exists, the scalability and comprehensive features make it an invaluable tool for enhancing sales efficiency and driving business growth.

I am using this software for mainly opportunities and deals management and setting up the follow-ups for all my high priority deals. This software is also giving me the remainder for missed followup and now i am able to do my work efficiently using this software and able to track all my deals in single place. Also their reporting Dashboards are upto the mark with 100% accuracy. Very satisfied with this product.
