Salesforce Sales Cloud has been good but it comes with some challenges. I really like how it helps me keep track of my leads and sales making my work more organized. The automation features save me time which I appreciate but it can be hard to learn at first because there are so many options and sometimes the interface is confusing and it can run slowly.

Very enjoyable as Its very diverse, in that every organize can have bespoke arrangements, which makes it an incredibly powerful tool.
