Overall experience was very at high, i am using this software since last 1 year and when i started using it initially i was having a fear of handling the crm software, but now i am giving training to interns and sales people just because they are providing the simple, easy to use and industry specific crm software and able to manage the Team as well

We implemented Zoho CRM in our company six months ago and it has been a remarkable transformation in our customer relationship management. Frustrating at best. If you like hitting your head against a wall time and time again to see if you could possibly make something work - this may be your platform. I swear if I hear "sorry for the inconvenience" one more time after it took 4 weeks to resolve an issue - that has never been resolved I will scream. This last issue is why I am actively looking for a new CRM / ATS Manager - my contract expires in September and will not be renewed.

The experience is perfect. I woulddefinetely recommend to use zoho. If your business is just starting or have few employees you should try it. And if you are growing fast is great too because the commercial plan is affordable.
