Surefront has been critical for our teams while working remotely. Our previous tools never allowed us to communicate directly with our partners while having the product specs available in one place. Cool and with good graphics. Nimble and Effective solution.

Surefront has provided a complete 180 for our buying team. We went from slow, disorganized communication with our suppliers to being able to keep all the product specifications, programs and assortments organized in one place. I genuinely feel like it has freed up 8+ hours of work for each one of our team members that are using the platform. Easily the best part of Surefront is the transparency of the data trail for each product and the openness of communication for team members on both sides of any given negotiation.

Great experience!

My team primarily uses Surefront for product development. When it comes to storing and managing organized product data, this is the best tool we’ve had. It makes no sense, especially internally, to send attachments with PDFs and spreadsheets just to share product data. That gets even worse when you’re working with dozens of retailers on a weekly basis. Surefront helps my team keep track of all product data along with the communications from all our vendors and internal teammates. There’s not much we have to do outside of Surefront.

Surefront offers the tools needed to streamline the entire product lifecycle which includes product development, sourcing, sales, orders and production. This platform allows you to fully manage the entire process from start to end with one easy application. No need to use any other platform-big win SF! Also, there are so many easy to use functions that allow quick communication with suppliers and customers. I can work directly with suppliers obtaining quotes and placing orders; and I can also present offers and create line lists to share with new and existing customers. It is nice to be able to work both sides. This saves me so much time! To add - Their customer support team is stellar; any questions and/or assistance I need they respond quickly and most efficiently.

WARNING - Ridiculously high fees even when all ads are off

Read the fine print the charges for $149 a month are billed regardless if you have any active campaigns. I asked why for months I was continuing to be charged and was told I didn't have any ads running. Then after months of being charged the "subscription" fee I was told that I could turn off the subscription and not get charged the $149. Oh really? So that would have been nice to know months ago!

After installing on a server, you can literally in minutes begin collecting actionable network performance if you have previously configured SNMP on your network equipment. Most of the products integrate, building on each other and adding more value. I have always been impressed with how their new versions add significant features and value for just paying maintenance on the product. Their online training is also very valuable.

We love this software - it gives us alerts and generates ticket emails when a node has been down or is having a packet loss issue, or if we need to monitor bandwidth usage. We will likely stick with NPM for quite some time.

Pricey but worth its weight in (insert item here)... Must have tool.

Complete network monitoring tool. Allows you a near single pane of glass approach to you network. You have details and i mean details about every server, switch, I even have my consumable good inventory vending machines monitored with NPM. Detailed level for switch ports and routers, Cisco UCS, HP, DELL, and the list goes on and on. When there is no identified MIB, you can create your own. You can label your undefined items so they mean something to you. The Agent for servers installs on Windows and Linux and is SO EASY. It offers WMI, SNMP and ICMP monitoring as well as the agent which gives you several flavors to monitor equipment. Ease of use is good, interface is above average, and saving my score is 1000 out of 10

The overall experience with Jira was nice and the best problem that Jira is solving to us, the management of project and tracking the performance of contributor, managing the stages of a software cycle and also letting manager know at what stage my code build is.

Awesome Project Management Software for Teams from All Scopes

We use Jira on our own servers. We benefit from many features such as task management, agile, and kanbans. It also simplifies our sprint planning processes. I like the epic and story features the most. Moreover, if you use it on your own server, it is so easy to customize as you wish. Especially, it provides you great documentation, and when a new member joins the team, they can easily adapt to the whole process through the issues in Jira. We use Confluence for our documentation processes, it is especially useful for our technical documentation processes.

Fantastic Tool that is ESSENTIAL for Agile

Since Jira has been introduced, it has allowed the company coming closer together and break down the previous silos that were prevalent for quite some time. This assisted the architects, UI/UX engineers, developers, testers, and all of management/leadership to take a peek at different parts of the entire overall lifecycle of development. Automated scripts took this a step further which allowed reports to be generated and key points to be communicated across. I believe this tool or any other tool will suffice for your Agile needs however Jira is considered one of the more widely used and best tools available.
