Good versatile product
TOPdesk was to consolidate several systems we used across the group into one single source for all our IT Support needs. It has done this very well. The ability to have a self service portal and knowledge bases are great features we are building on a lot. The imeplementation was very good, straightforward, simple and no post implementation issues.

Topdesk - Thinking Solutions for Education
The UI of Topdesk is one of the best & modern UIs that I have seen, the ability to have tabs within a single Topdesk page helps operators to have multiple calls open simultaneously. The API provides an easy way for bulk updates to items in TopDesk to be applied.

Used it with a large application with multiple modules depending on each other and multiple servers and maintaining the configuration and keep them in sync would have been a really difficult task without the help of Chef.

This is a good program, there are modules for everything, so you could run or company on this software only. It does not integrate with every accounting software but i do believe it work with Quickbooks.

Why go to the the Bank or ATM?
I use it most when I need to buy things online or when I need to pay someone quickly. I also use it to load some money into a betting app because I used to buy a voucher at the store where it's a working distance and people had to know what I was doing. Now I do things without anyone knowing.

Powerful software – many possibilities – a lot of administration required
Overall, we are very satisfied with ADvendio, especially with the very helpful and competent support. The team always responds promptly, in a friendly manner, and with a solution-oriented approach. Individual adjustments and requests are also made possible. Although the system presents some challenges, which are likely normal for software of this scope and size, we would definitely recommend ADvendio.

Pros: It is a really reliable software product to use. It is also very fast and easy to use. It's awesome that the customer service is excellent and always very helpful Cons: It would be great if the search bar would list the most recent documents first and the older documents near the bottom, instead of all over the place.

I was looking for something simpler, to manage my company's portfolio of vendor contracts. Great alternative to Bitly
So, if you're not familiar with Sniply, it basically gives you the ability to shorten a link, but when people click that link the page that they end up on will also include a call to action, with your logo, with another link that you choose. If that doesn't make sense, just try out the free version. I love Sniply because it allows me to give my brand more visibility, and also let people know, hey, if you like this post, this page, then I've got something else you might like - take a look! Sniply is easy to use, and even the free version is fully functional. If you opt for a paid version you get even more tools and options.
