Excelent purchase
As a project manager, I find the product excellent for my needs and providing the resources to collaborate. I have customized all the dashboards to the users tastes. We are bending its capability a little by using the ticketing (bug) features as a work queue. In some cases I would like to let the developers have more ability to modify fields on the tickets to more flexibly manage work flow. I would also like to see some more filter options added to the search tool. Other than that, the product fits our needs perfectly. Most incredibly, it has been running for a year without so much as the need for a reboot. The product is so reliable I never even think about it not working. I have create many custom reports. I would like to explore developing some apps in the future.

Time tracking software with prompt support
Easy to add time to project timecodes, status updates and notifications of changes (such as changes to your timecodes) are viewable, data reporting/analytics for each timecode or project, flexibility to log time and submit hours for a task individually, or submit for the whole week at once, support provided prompt responses.

SonarQube
The tool that got us better code. The integration of libraries and the amount of languages is enough to work with and integrate with other DevOps applications which is easy. Everything is very intuitive including the initial setup. Setting up multiple rules for languages is included as well as security. The static code scanning feature is good. The only thing is that the UI integration could be improved.

A few years ago our company was looking for a solution to make network assessments more profitable while also being able to add in security and overall system health analysis. Good Product, But it could be great with more refinement, updates and enhancements.
Overall Network Detective provided insight and reporting not available within other platforms. Technical Support suffers from a lack of responsiveness on really big impactful issues that can stop an assessment in its tracks for 1 or more weeks.

Reporting and Analytics is one of the great features of Network Detective as it produces some great detailed and comprehensive reports with detailed risk score and issues summary. It also integrates well with different environment to produce consistent results and reports.

My overall experience with the product has been great with regards to using this as an information gathering tool. Outside of using this product, manually reviewing the data points it covers would take much time out of a resource's day. Good alternative to access industry know DSP without the large entry point
The plus side of Choozle is you have access to the inventory from The Trade Desk (which has an extremely high monthly min making it basically impossible for smaller companies to gain access). The sales person I worked with was really friendly and had great follow-up. The have much of the same functionality and reporting as other DSPs.

Great Product, outstanding price
We have been using it since it's COMODO ONE days and watched it mature. I really have to give it to the team that has done an excellent job. I don't think this would be ideal for a large MSP as it does not have all the integrations but for the small to Medium MSP it is so powerful at a great price

Since my time with New Horizons is approaching 6 years, this is the first tool our company actually started using to help generate leads, as opposed to being 100% contingent on hunting.

Personal Assistant for the win!
The thing I like most about Conversica is the 'set it, and forget it' functionality of it. Anytime a prospect responds, the email notification is simple. And if I need to respond accordingly, I can easily click the link in the email that directs me to the entire conversation. Life savor.

Conversica is a great B2B tool
Conversica has been a really awesome tool to help us not only engage with net new leads, but also reengage leads from the past that we thought were lost causes. It helped us to uncover additional pipeline that never would have been found otherwise by the sales team.
