Inconsistant back ups for some reason. It used to be automatic
Not certain when my last back up was. A bit worrisome. Alway need to ask our son to assist with support. Wothwhile product, just not sure why it has to be so complicated to use.

Super easy to use
Carbonite is super easy to use and set up. Updates are automatic so no need to manual backups unless you want to. You can set up times for back up so that it doesn't run while you are trying to work.

Good, easy to use
On the operational level I found nothing whatsoever to fault this program for. It is unobstrusive, running in the background, and when I needed to recover a dead laptop's data or earlier file versions it worked. Couldn't ask for more. When I needed customer support the responses were fast and useful.

Carbonite - Rock Solid Solution
Carbonite's backup retention system has been a huge part of our company. From server backups to individual laptops, the information saved has allowed the IT dept to reformat end user laptops, pull down data and rollout new machines in a matter of hours, not days. The file retention all keeps us in compliance and with great uptimes and failover servers, Carbonite has thought of it all!

I have been using OpenShift for more than 2 years now. I have seen lot of improvements in Openshift and it's getting better and better. The most important thing is that it provides a lifetime free account which can be used as a hands on over OpenShift. Most important, you can attach your own domain to your application, even on free account. Openshift works using gears and cartridges. It has now lots of cartridges available and you can also create new custom cartridge.

Great Product
The software is easy to use. I was able to begin using the system even before my first official training due to their on-line training videos. The customer service is wonderful and I received excellent live training from my instructor Richard. Brad has also been available from the very beginning of our business relationship. I inherited the contracts management for my company. I refused to manage contracts using tons of spreadsheets. Now I don't have too. I am very pleased with this system.

No explanation of your errors
The product is pretty easy to use until you forget to fill out a section in a expense. Instead of telling you there's an error, it makes you go back line item by line item to figure out which expense is missing information.

Oracle is relatively user friendly
For an ERP system, oracle is relatively user friendly. As an auditor I need accesss to multiple modules ranging from accounts payable to procurement in various locations our company operates in. It's not like SAP where you need the t-codes to access the module you need but the name of the module makes it pretty easy, for example "US AP INQUIRY" for the accounts payable module. The canned oracle reports and pretty comprehensive, although of course every company and team will need to customize what kind of reports they want.

This is the kind of solution you hope for when using the big banks but seldom get. Overall, it has been a great experience from initial setup (very intuitive) to ongoing maintenance and admin. The team is great about keeping in touch and making sure they're addressing any needs, as well as proactively offering suggested areas of improvement. There are always new feature rollouts and have experienced very few significant technical issues - very reliable software.
