Excellent simple integration and a great dashboard. The superb mechanism that prevents false positives and ignores findings that are not valid vulnerabilities. Good SAST and SCA mechanisms. DAST is still upgrading, but it is helpful now.

1. We monitor many of their nodes not working for at least 5-10 mins/day which provides many false positives 2. The few time we needed tech support answers were slow and they did not provide proper answers/solutions to the issues we had (broken dashboards, missing checks etc)

Easy to setup, reliable
I have been using multiple downtime monitoring systems together, pingdom has been reliable. Sometimes using JavaScript seems to be a better solution in monitoring than using DNS. Unfortunately, it no longer offers free version unless you have been with them for a while. I love the UI on their mobile app too, though downtime notification seems a little buggy sometimes.

Easy to use web application load time testing.
I have been using Pingdom for years now and it's been a savior for keeping track of my website traffic data. I have a lot of sites that I need to publish content for and writing them all down by hand is way too time-consuming. Pingdom makes it possible for me to easily monitor my site's traffic from my desktop, laptop, and mobile device without any hassle. The best part is that I can view my stats in real-time, which allows me to make changes on the fly when and if I need to. Pingdom is a lifesaver for any online marketer.

I used autotask for 2 years at an IT firm. We used it for ticketing and CRM. I found it to be a pretty steep learning curve but once you had it it was very easy to use.

I always have my files with me with Soonr and I love the iPhone and iPad apps. Soonr really makes my tablet a Post-PC device and I can do nearly everything I could on my laptop. A great service for any Team, of any size.

Great tool for IT support
Autotask is a great tool for IT and support companies for managing contracts with clients. Contract setup and tracking are great. The initial setup and linking to QB can be a bit tricky, but once setup and talking correctly, it is a big time saver that offers communication between the operations and accounting.

Improved our business
Before using Autotask Pro our main issue were dropped client requests and communication problems. This has changed a lot with Autotask Pro. My employees especially like the ability to put tickets in, check the history of all tickets and the possibility to invoice clients in just a few clicks. My personal plus factor of this software is that it is web based and accessible from any web browser or mobile phone and, of course, I like that now I can see everything that's going on in my business in only one program.

ITRP for SLA Tracking
Fantastic tool for tracking incidents and service levels. Initial setup of SLA's is a bit cumbersome but the end result is a powerful and reliable product. Recommendations - ITRP has a lot of functionality, get it set up and build from there. Don't try to do too much too soon. Implement, train, then tweak.

Powerful and easy to use solution
Switching to ITRP was a very good choice we made 2 years ago. Coming from a different system, we thought we would need to tweak and change a lot but this did not happen. We are very happy to work with an always improving product and our customers love the way they can now interact with our specialists. As with every solution there is always room for improvement and this is where ITRP really shines. Their customer service is very dedicated and they always listen and try to incorporate requests and suggestions in their new releases if they fit their strategic plan for the product.

Greatest interface I have seen in ITSM combined with 'Google-like' performance.
PRO Super performance Very nice interface, easy to understand without much training Great self service that is intuitive enough to be used without training or explanation Very easy to administrate, easy to add and modify (Change) workflows, add approvals, etc. I find it very impressive that in 3 years we have had no downtime, no need for consultants and only 2 (!) incidents in 3 years on the product! We have had many new releases so far but they never cost us any money or even any resources. During implementation we spent about 25 days on consultancy but since then we have managed to administrate everything ourselves. Support is an absolute delight. First of all they promise an actual resolution target, not just these silly response targets. But the best thing is that in general our requests are looked at within 10 to 15 minutes and questions are most of the times answered within an hour! CONS I am missing a full feature knowledge base but I just learned that one will be released later this year. We could use some additional reports in the list of standard available reports.

As a project manager and service management consultant , I was responsible for the implementation of ITRP as the service management tool for ICT shared services. ICT Shared Services provides ICT to nearly 25 of Belgium's federal government agencies and public services. ICT shared services has contracts with several service providers to deliver the services. For this project we had some major challenges * Complex customer service catalogues and SLA's : implementing and measuring SLA's for the 25 customer organisations * Multi tenancy : giving the possibility to the customer organisations to use ITRP for their local helpdesk function and support. With security barriers between the different customer tenants and easy integration with the ICT Shared Services support * Measuring service provider performance : implementing and measuring SLA's / underpinning contracts with the service providers * Implement this solution in 3 months time (transition period) * On-premise installation This mission was accomplished and all requirements are fullfilled. This tool has 2 main modules the inventory manager and the helpdesk. Both of them have a very user friendly frontend. Its allow you to optimize opertion costs and also administrate the support area.

PRACTICAL TICKET MANAGER TO GIVE SOLUTION OF INCIDENTS IN SERVICES.
In my opinion it is one of the most complete and simple tools to use to carry out the management of incidents and requested interventions since it allows to have a control of the tickets and to give solution for the priority of the same besides generating reports with all the data available (incidents per month, time of resolution of incidents, delay of the service, etc)

An excellent incident manager, software control and inventory management!
My experience with GLPI has been excellent. Initially I only used it to manage incidents and requests, however now I can use the problem management and change management module which has allowed me to solve many associated cases that were previously handled in isolation. In addition to the mentioned functionalities, we carry out the traceability of projects with their respective activities, where it is possible to notify each person involved of the status of the project. Another advantage of this tool is that it allows you to take inventory control of your organization and this adds value to the other features that I mentioned. In the free version you have extensive functionalities and in the paid version the support is very efficient when it comes to configuring your IT infrastructure based on the best ITIL practices. In particular I recommend 100% to all users.
