Mi è piace moltissimo l'approccio con cui è costruita Mia-Platform: integrandosi le migliori soluzioni di mercato permette avere una visione olistica del ciclo di vita del software, senza creare alcun vendor lock-in. Con questo approccio permette alle aziende di effettuare molto velocemente uno scale-up tecnologico ed iniziare fin da subito a realizzare applicazioni moderne. L'adozione di kubernetes e di tutte le tecnologie cloud native per un'azienda può essere una sfida piuttosto complicata, perchè richiede know-how molto specifico e la definizione di procedure e standard per governarne l'utilizzo da parte del proprio team di sviluppo e di DevOps. Mia-Platform semplifica enormemente questo passaggio.

It is a very useful software for storing and searching data. It also logs data for the user. Service provides a complex way at first to store data. Once you understand it, it is easy to use.

Logs are very important source of information. Elastic Search makes it easy by converting them into index form in form of documents. Put,post, get methods are releif for search.

Great product without good support

I want to see this product which is used for asset management system in software management . I think is a good software.

We have been customizing Remedy as far as I can remember. The SRM portion is very limited and can have some functionality and features upgrade.

We have used ITSM for IT service management as well as for network service management. This helps our Customers in many ways like reducing support cost, managing support activites, maintaining CIs etc.

Good ADDM upgrades and support documentations available. Need more information and training regarding CAM. More information and support needed for SWLM in Asset. Remedy upgrades support to be included

Pros: A good ITSM tool for any company to implement ITIL practise in the system. Provides lot of functionality. Cons, Need to make the UI more simpler and easy to navigate. Have to improve the dashboard and reporting functionality available OOB.

After reviewing ITSM 8.X I am impressed, it is easier to use, has better performance and is more intuitive. Much improvement over previous versions, will be rolling out pilot this year, looking forward to using it and additional things in the pipeline for next release.

Cons: Slow Performance of Web interface as compare to other tools Incident, Change Problem UI are too bulky, most of the attributes are not used. Upgrades are reall Admin dont have thick client now No Pre-built maintenance page or similar kind of pages. Report creations are not to easy for end user prespective

The concepts and processes behind the ITSM application are very useful and intuitive, but as a developer of Remedy there are a lot of disconnects in the code which make the application somewhat inefficient. Just as the user interface is being streamlined for ease of use (such as MyIT and Smart IT), so should the underlying code/workflow to improve performance and customizability.

We rely on this software for a variety of customer support areas including incident management, problem management, and reporting. We will soon move into asset management (CMDB) and change management. Software has been easy to train new users, easy to search for information within the Remedy system, and straightforward for developing reports. We have not had many incidents with the software itself becoming unavailable due to software issues such as Tomcat services hanging or other issues.

The application allowed for an organized central repository and friendly search capability for many sales and vendor contracts, increasing productivity. The number of additional features that come with the application allow for great customization to meet an organizations need and efficiency requirements.

The biggest pros of this software is that AARP now has a contract management system which not only serves as a repository and tracking system but allows our auditors to audit the contracts with very little reliance on the end users to provide data. The biggest con was the internal data had to be entered manually because it was not available in a single repository which extended the implementation schedule. Once the software was in production, the end users were very pleased with its ease of use and it is now being used for other contract document tracking such as NDAs, etc. We are going to continue to use this software in the future and are in discussions to migrate to the cloud.

We have been using CM.App for four years (hosted on our local servers) and have moved literally thousands of documents through the program. Being hosted in SharePoint meant we could write custom workflows that controlled how the documents moved through our processes. Corridor's custom verbs were very helpful, allowing us to do things that were impossible in standard Sharepoint.

Very good. Apart from attending to customer needs, I use the tickets scheduling and meetings features to streamline my day and get my tasks done on time.

MSP Manager allows us to be easily organised, and track staff activity well, on top of being able to track customer invoicing from within.

So, we have been using MSP Manager for about a year now. I can't say anything good about it. It is clear they took different tools and tried to cram them together, but not very well. It runs so slow. If I go into a ticket and mark it as "in Progress" and want to save a message to it, I have to save multiple times. Every change or note requires it's own save. No real reporting functionality. It's very counter intuitive. Having used Service Now, Remedy, and Spiceworks. All of those tools do a much better job

The software might look old and clunky but it is amazing bit of kit

Overall Vistex has a lot of potential. There is a great amount of features and options that the system is readily able to handle, and such an ease of customization as well from a developers standpoint. The issues that arise though are around performance, and customer support. It is a very tight lipped company around sharing their knowledge on the software so a consultant or previous implementer will be necessary for its use. As part of a company that works with Large sized customers, the amount of rules and data we manage was seen as too high for Vistex, though it is our industry norm.

Once you learned how to operate within the system, you could navigate through it quickly. It was easy to read your promotions and give you an accurate view of you ROI and trade liability.

Since that moment I use this everyday to check issues in the code that I daily write.

It integrates with popular IDEs such as Eclipse and Visual Studio, making it easy to use within a developer's existing workflow. The reports include the location of the issue and a description of the problem. SonarLint includes code snippets and examples to help developers understand and fix the issues that have been identified which I find very useful.
