CxSAST - A great static software analyzer
CXSast has several very important advantages. The first is that the code is scanned before it is even compiled, this means that de developers can scan and fix while they are still in the coding process. Second CXSAST fully integrates in any devops proces. Scanning and reporting will be doen from within the screens developers work in, so no unneccesary switching between screens. (see extention CXflow) Nex to that the rules (or queries) are open, every one can see them or a organisation can tailor them to their own need. If needed a FP free setup can be created! V9.3 now enable installation of the engines on Linux, you can dockarize the stuff Last but not least CXSast can be setup with additions such as CX-SCA (opensource analysis) and CX-IAST (passive IAST scanning)

Gives a full 360 degree view of vulnerabilities in static code
My personal overall experience with SAST is positive. I like that I can tweak queries myself and if there is something I can't do, support is just a phone call/ticket away. They respond to all inquiries very quickly.

3scale - powerful, yet confusing tool
Overall, as someone who use it sometimes to check the developers account activity, it's good. It was easy to learn as well as to navigate. Also, it doesn't push me to check out unnecessary features that I don't need to use (so no pop-ups, no chats, no marketing emails).

I get nervous when I have to use 3scale
- Searching via APP-ID, email or any other information about the user is pretty handy - You can set your own pricing rules and overages rules - There is an option to differentiate billable hits from non-billable hits, and this can be set up at the level of a custom plan

Cool 3scale
Supports Improved Swagger 2.0 with ActiveDocs Offering is a killer . I can manage API traffic, routing all API traffic to me and allowing me to deploy to open source gateways, cloud services or via a Content Delivery Network (CDN). I like the options exist for users of NGINX and Varnish gateways as well as through an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) in the AWS Marketplace.

Easily manage your flow of documents in your organisation
We have a unique requirement where we have frequent changes in our workflow of documents. We also have multiple workflows of different document types. Sharedocs allows us to create workflows on the fly without any coding knowledge required. We also can create multiple workflows for different types of approvals required. Creating e-forms with data type validations is also very easy in Sharedocs Enterpriser which can be easily attached to any of the workflows. Our only requirement which is not available yet is a native mobile application. Hridayam has assured us to include this system in the next version launch which is due by the end of this year.

Great Product
We have been using Field Aware for 8 months and are very pleased with the software. It is very user friendly and perfect for the field service environment. Constant upgrades/updates are a major plus.

I would NOT recommend this product or give it ANY stars!
We paid for this system and unlimited support to have it implemented. A year later the system is not implemented and we received minimal support to get it implemented. A product we could test was not even delivered. All we received was empty promises.

We are happy with the product overall but:
1)UNDER JOB SCHEDULING, we are unable to direct or assign additional techs to a job without typing information twice. Info shows up on lead tech but not on additional people asigned to the same job. This is a major problem for us. Takes time to add additional info and addresses. 2) How we enter the date is ok but input for time takes extra effort. Much happier with the old way.

Rocking with F Lo! (FieldLocate)
Amazing work"ware"! Settles most problematic areas in our business, including invoicing, customer history and multiple locations for a single customer. In the HVAC world, I don't know how anyone with 2 or more employees wouldn't profit with F Lo. We have become great friends with Mynell (M Lo) and Helen(H Lo) in customer support. They are the Best! Their backup, Jameson (J Lo) is the Bomb when it comes to the Database! Oh that's right, I don't do backups anymore! It is all in the Cloud! Thank you, F Lo!

You will not go wrong by getting this product!!!
I can not give you any cons about this company or product. I have used Field Aware for a year and it has been a great experience. The support staff is amazing... They are willing to help you and your business any way possible to make this product work for your company. The mobility of the product is the very best. I have tried other similar products and nothing comes close. Field Aware is constantly updating there product and providing new solutions that will only help your business grow and make it easier to manage.

Disappointed in support team after purchase
We have been using Field Locate since July 2014. We are a Heating and Air Company. The inability to get Field Locate to SYNCH with Quick Books is a major disappointment for our administrative staff and management. This very feature was a major part of my purchasing decision. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 45 days to get this Field Locate synch with Quick Books issue resolved. I have several campaigns that depend on Quick Book data being synched. Also when the data was going over to Quick books no differentiation was made between checks and credit cards even though we entered the correct payment method!

This has gone from bad to worse. Nobody returning phone calls, emails etc. I have even called the Sales dept and can't get through to them either.

They charge an outrageous amount of money compared to similar products that are far better. My Customer Service rep spent hours on the phone with their techs and none of the problems were ever fixed. In fact, every time they would try to "fix" something, it got worse. They never delivered what was asked of them. When I tried to break the contract, because I was not receiving what was promised, the threatened to sue me! I wasted THOUSANDS of dollars. They are terrible people.

Good at what it does, not so good at what it doesnt do.
It did what we needed for a time, and I cant fault it for that. For some other software we use, that this has integrated well with, we will keep using it. However, for current development, and anything we expect to be high load, we have moved away in favor of developing our own API.

One of the best vulnerability scanning tools around
Have been using Snyk for around 1 year now and it's one of the tool which we can't avoid though it annoys us now and then by finding new vulnerabilities in our packages and forcing us to mitigate the risk. They provide details of the vulnerability and in most cases the version to fix it. It integrates very well with the build pipelines and other CI/CD tools along with a nice IntelliJ plugin.
