Fantastic tools to help manage and secure IT infastructure
RG System has helped us grow our managed service business smoothly. The remote control, alerts, inventory management and anti-virus are particularly good. The support is excellent and the developers really listed to their customer.

The backbone of my company
I have used CW since 2009. I could not manage my business without it, nor would I want to. Its affordable, reliable, and has what I need. The biggest challenge with any tool that forms the backbone of your company is to learn how to best utilize it, and they have an amazing training University and Consulting team to help with that.

ALL IN
In the last 5 years we have jumped All In with ConnectWise, LabTech, Quosal and several of their 3rd party products. Let me just say that it was one of the best business decisions we have ever made. I should mention that it was not always easy and there were issues along the way but ConnectWise & LabTech have had growing pains along the way, but we have not had any support related issues recently.

No substance behind the sales and marketing hype.
Our company had high hopes for Connectwise, but unfortunately what was promised and sold did not materialize into what we received. After a terse series of emails back and forth they did concede and allow us out of our contract. We are currently using commitcrm and are much happier with the price, options and support. We stumbled across commitcrm on our own and there has been zero marketing hype, just a free demo which lets us experience the product first hand.

Connectwise
Connectwise as a product is quite large, Theresa lot too it and it will need a lot of time invested to really make it work. The univeristy, support is great, they listen to ideas, provide Apis and really care about partners. It won't do everything you need, but let's face what off the shelf software does? Overall a great company and a great product.

Huge bang for the buck
Connectwise enables all facets of our business to be on the same page, streamline, and automate. The ability to integrate easily with other services make this a no brainer since if it isn't in ConnectWise, it can easily be added. While the tool itself can be complicated to learn, that is a result of the depth of the abilities inside of the tool. Support is top notch and responds quickly and the community that developed around this product is spectacular. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tool to manage their service centric business.

Working with creating an app in QuickBase is a wonderful experience right from creating tables, forms and Reports to creating custom pages using Open APIs that QuickBase offers. QuickBase provides good features to achieve most of our requirements through just configurations. The support that QuickBase offers is so encouraging and always got satisfied with the way I got help. I would like to work on creating many such apps in QuickBase.

Used by Walmart - not good for end users
We are required to use this to respond to VCOE tickets for Walmart, and to submit some documentation to Walmart for dropship disputes. It is truly a one-way experience. There is no reporting or anything, available to end-users.

What can I say other than our company would not be able to function today without QuickBase. We live on the moto that with QuickBase if you can think it, it will do it. Pro's: - streamlining the process of distributing assets to retailers - centralized location - the majority of the site is fairly intuitive, but there are some areas that I think could be more user friendly for those users who aren't "tech savvy" - image resize and conversion - branded website Suggested Features/Modifications (based on feedback from the field, our retailers, and our marketing team): - customized thumbnail image for CSV/excel/pdf files - Add a feature to "attach a file" when sending invitations. i.e. we have a "how to guide" we send out with accounts. Ideally, if there was an option to copy and paste a link into my own email when inviting a new user, that would be easiest for myself and accounts. That was they are not fishing for two emails and occasionally the email from Shotfarm is fed into their spam folder. - "remove duplicates" button in lightbox (identical file name) - Admin/superuser would be very helpful to me in managing users - password resets, capability to see and manage all lightboxes and ensure everything stays clean and consistent across our brand - "export factory" vs "download center" - Marketing team suggested this may be confusing and preferred "download center" because it was more intuitive. Also, if there was a way to remove the "credits" part for those accounts who have prepaid for unlimited downloads, I think that would avoid some confusion on the accounts part. - add the "next page" button on the bottom of the screen like it is at the top right - rather than having to hover over the actions buttons in the gallery, use a drop down as we've found users don't even realize there are different links there. Overall we've had great feedback from our users and are really excited about Shotfarm going forward!

Free and easy to use form builder with some good features
I currently use the free version of this software and so far have no complaints. There are some restrictions with the free version - such as you can only have 10 fields and accept 100 submissions a month, but we haven't had an issue with this when using it for smaller surveys / events. Really easy and quick to set up and use and I like the feature that lets you set up email notifications when someone completes a survey.

I dati utilizzati per questi modelli provengono da diversi fonti e spesso necessitano di essere puliti prima di essere elaborati. SAS Viya è stato utile in tale processo grazie alle sua funzioni di data wrangling. I dati puliti sono inseriti in processo di AutoML che consente di definire un modello altamente performante. Tali modelli, una volta spostati in produzione, sono utilizzati a supporto dell’ufficio marketing, il quale andrà a fare campagne mirati su specifici clienti e specifici profitti con elevata probabilità di acquisto.

Il machine learning semplice
Semplifica lo sviluppo di modelli di ML. Utilizzando SAS Viya non mi devo più preoccupare di scrivere codice per il ML, ma posso concentrarmi su quale modello utilizzate, come gestire la fase di elaborazione e come ottimizzare il modello. Mi concentro maggiormente sul problema principale e non sul codice, grazie alle funzioni di trascinamento, e risparmio molto tempo sviluppando modelli migliori.

Il suo processo di integrazione con i sistemi aziendali e semplice, come il sistema di installazione ed i benefici che ne derivano dall’uso di un software di analisi così potente sono molti. In un progetto un particolare con SAS Viya ho sviluppato un tool in grado di rilevare frodi. Il modulo usato SAS Visual Investigator e SAS Visual Text Analytics, con quest’ultimo che effetto l’estrazione di testo dei documenti.
