Captivate is incredibly useful for sales reps being able to determine their commission and to be able to see live payment updates around their compensation

Great to see in real time a reps achievement and over-achievement levels. Easy to read and export excel reports as needed. If we have a commissions question or issue, the Inquiries button works well to communicate with our ops teams.

Very solid and great tool. My manager and I look at it every week together.

We run all our GTM commission plans through CaptivateIQ. It helps build a single centralized data source for all our commissions so overrides are reflected across all plans, and clawbacks also run across all plans. We are working now to expand our use case to encompass reporting and drive more analysis of our compensation plans. We will support Finance in better understanding CAC and precisely how much our compensation plan contributes to that for different customers/contract types.
