Support is excellent. Web based makes it lightweight. Though being dependent on the web also depends on the robustness of the internet. Remembering to save often helps. I am pretty new to the application but looking forward to learning more. One thing that would help: When a user performs a PM and that PM cannot be complete due to an issue with the asset, the user then clicks Create Follow Up Work order. But the user has to manually go create the new followup work order. What would help would be that when that Create Follow Up work order is checked, it triggers a New Work Order window with the failed PM work order number in the Details. Thanks for listening!
