We are able to track our inventory which is very cost effective.

Maintenance schedules are a good feature. Inventory tracking and reorder works well. History of parts on specific units is nice to do a quick search. Does a great job of tracking everything if set up properly at the start.

The vendor cannot be beat. They have the best customer service I have ever had, hands down. They are always timely and knowledgeable. I never have to wait very long for an answer and always have the friendliest and most helpful people assisting me. They have set an incredible standard, especially for this day and age. It's impressive to me as a new user. This product is very complex. It's user-friendly, but there are so many things is can do (more than I ever even knew). The training, assistant and knowledge base helps immensely.
