Its nice that when you are imaging or creating a image for mass deployment that you can download all the driver packs for what ever PC you are going to deploy to, and trust me its nice coming for Quest Kace. Also creating an golden image is easy with setup by set instructions.

Overall, my experience with SmartDeploy has been pretty positive. Their support team is very quick to answer and it was easy to get in touch with them when I was having connectivity issues.

I use SmartDeploy to image and maintain computers for a school district. The use of the software is very easy to learn. The times I have had questions or needed a driver pack to be created, the customer support team has been prompt to resolve my issues. It allows a fast and easy deployment of our Windows 10 image. We have went from 2 days to 4 hours for a computer going out.

I like the ease and time savings of doing the deployment. Our previous method would take an hour or so and you would have to push software after the fact which would delay the roll out further.
