Overall experience has been good. Took some time to understand the software but overtime it has been a great tool to use.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is an easy way to access to the leader of Sales Management tools, but this has a cost not all (small) companies would like to spend.

Maybe I am used to the latency issue, it sucks but you have to get used to it since most of my work are in Salesforce; it's still helpful to use. but overall it's very usable.

My overall experience with salesforce salesforce cloud is good. It provides multiple ways for customization and implementation. We can easily and securely connect the salesforce sales cloud with other cloud or third-party applications. It provides standard and custom ways to build business automation. It has multiple data import and export tools. We can analyze data using salesforce reports and dashboards.

Overall, I really am impressed with everything that this platform can do. Even if it was a little hard for me to pick up at first, now I am proficient at utilizing what it has to offer which is alot
