Very Powerful and Useful Application

I have been using Pulseway for a little over a year to monitor over 160 systems spread over two locations. Pulseway keeps me informed in real time as to what is happening with all my systems and alerts me of problems before the user can even call! This has become an invaluable tool for managing multiple systems with multiple users in multiple locations. Pulseway simplifies my responsibilities and gives me the power to do more remotely and more conveniently than any other application I can find. Also, the support team has always gone above and beyond to assist with any issues that may arise. Definitely will be using Pulseway for many years to come!

Pulseway is a great IT tool

Pulseway lets me see when computers and devices are connected to the internet and when they are not. I can see who logs on right away to make sure it is a legitimate user, the time they logged in and when they logged out. This has helped me to identify viruses and unauthorized activity. It gives even the ip address of who is accessing if it is a remote connection, which triggers an alert. All of the people at Pulseway I have dealt with are always friendly and eager to help.

Full featured product with great customer support

My experience to date has been pleasurable. I know if there is anything that doesn't line up with my expectations, there is a great support team to help work through it. Response times via email were never more than a day, and if further discussion was necessary, it was easy to schedule a phone call (often including time to speak with lead engineers). At times there was a little extra heavy lifting. Whereas a feature may already exist with another platform, we had to define requirements and hope it can be completed. In most cases I would say this process was a mere speed bump in development. The time implications were offset by the ability to have a say in the resulting product, and potentially customize to our specific needs.

Overall we have had solid customer service from the Kevel team and maintain a strong relationship. I do wish that the team has been faster with product improvements though, there have been features that we have been requesting for years that are table stakes with other platforms (eg. avails ) so I would love to see the team move faster in the future

I am on the customer side of the CPM system. It works great for us. Little time involved to submit invoices. All electronic and overall the invoices are paid pretty quickly. The payments are via ACH deposit and we always receive notices from Textura a day in advance to let us know to expect payment

It's amazing but Brazil has a very good software company SoftExpert which delivers a suite of products for all types of software issues in a company. I mainly looked at the ITSM part and less at the other parts, but they really offer a lot of functionality.

I would say it's positive. Our rep is responsive and takes into action as soon as we email him. My only pet peeve really is the JNLP file that is required to open any docs. We use it daily for doc control at work most of the time.

Overall its a great product. We have deployed all of APIs behind a VPN and expose them only thru API gateway. Deploying a all-in-one single instance is easier in a container, but gets tricky when deploying in a distributed clustered environment. Easy to customize the UI if someone is looking for white labeling it.
