Without JAMF Pro, I couldn't do my job. Many ask me, how did you possibly do your work without it? To be honest, I have no idea. All I know, I can do more, with less and be extremely efficient and strategic because of JAMF Pro. My customers love what I do for them and I can because the software makes it easy.

Still the best, at a high price
I would expect the pioneers of PDF format to always be the benchmark -and i'm happy to say they are!You can expect frequent updates form Adobe and always easier ways to handle PDFs... it's the most feature rich handler i've used (And i've used many). HOWEVER - there are alot of very good competitors out there for a fraction of the cost of Adobe Acrobat with most of the features you find here. If you run a business or you're a professional where PDFs are a considerably important part of your workflow go for it. For everyone else, there are great free or cheaper options out there with all the functionality you want.

Now called just Commvault but still Galaxy under the covers
We've been using Commvault's backup product for several years now and although a complex product due to all it can do it is still the best I've used in a corporate environment. In my opinion it really is only for larger businesses but I can see how a small business could still get some benefits from the product. We use it to backup our File, Email, Database servers and all of our VMware virtual infrastructure. As everything is located in one console you don't have to go far to find what you need and there are agents for nearly any operating system or application typically used in an enterprise environment.

Highly recommendable
When at first we came into contact with Hornbill we were were intrigued by their 30-day Switch-On trial where they set up your system, train you, and if you are not content you can walk out, free of charge after the 30 day trial period is over. But they really put their money where their mouth is and deliver an easily administered and stable product. Hornbill Service Manager is frequently updated and Hornbill themselves are very responsive to customer input. All in all I can highly recommend this product.

Good Product and Great Customer Service
Overall the contiuned support that we recieve and when setting up the system has been great, the forum is a useful space to request feature updates etc and the team at Hornbill have always been quick to reposnd and action any concerns or improvements. Also the fact that other departments outside of the traditional IT teams that have been coming to us asking for a case management/ESM tool is proof that the product can be adaptable to other departments within our organistation.

Very Powerful and Useful Application
I have been using Pulseway for a little over a year to monitor over 160 systems spread over two locations. Pulseway keeps me informed in real time as to what is happening with all my systems and alerts me of problems before the user can even call! This has become an invaluable tool for managing multiple systems with multiple users in multiple locations. Pulseway simplifies my responsibilities and gives me the power to do more remotely and more conveniently than any other application I can find. Also, the support team has always gone above and beyond to assist with any issues that may arise. Definitely will be using Pulseway for many years to come!

Pulseway is a great IT tool
Pulseway lets me see when computers and devices are connected to the internet and when they are not. I can see who logs on right away to make sure it is a legitimate user, the time they logged in and when they logged out. This has helped me to identify viruses and unauthorized activity. It gives even the ip address of who is accessing if it is a remote connection, which triggers an alert. All of the people at Pulseway I have dealt with are always friendly and eager to help.
