From a users perspective
I am on the customer side of the CPM system. It works great for us. Little time involved to submit invoices. All electronic and overall the invoices are paid pretty quickly. The payments are via ACH deposit and we always receive notices from Textura a day in advance to let us know to expect payment

Brazilian ITSM software tool with many features.
It's amazing but Brazil has a very good software company SoftExpert which delivers a suite of products for all types of software issues in a company. I mainly looked at the ITSM part and less at the other parts, but they really offer a lot of functionality.

To common users it's a easy way to centralize your documentation and have version control. Build process also are easy, inside the same tool.

Good value software with all necessary features
We are still in the early stage of using the software for document control. If used properly and if we can everyone on board utilizing it daily, this software should help us controlling our documents more consistently and approving documents in more timely manner.

Get every Quality standard you need in one package
I would say it's positive. Our rep is responsive and takes into action as soon as we email him. My only pet peeve really is the JNLP file that is required to open any docs. We use it daily for doc control at work most of the time.

Throttling and Analytics was the most important feature I would highlight with. Our solution required very granular level of throttling setup with various tiers and WSO2 API Manager really helped us to achieve the limits we wanted.

Best open source API Gateway
Overall its a great product. We have deployed all of APIs behind a VPN and expose them only thru API gateway. Deploying a all-in-one single instance is easier in a container, but gets tricky when deploying in a distributed clustered environment. Easy to customize the UI if someone is looking for white labeling it.

Awful service
Negative. When. I went to cancel their services, I was 1 day over the 30 day billing cycle and they went ahead and charged me for another month. Not only are they not good at what they do but they have no morality and that in my opinion is the worst type of company to deal with.
