Only nice things to say about the platform, we had no issues so far and we use it alot. We did scheduled updates, we deployed apps and many many more... It works and it has not disappointed us so far!

Action1 is easy to use and I'd encourage everyone to give it a try. It is free for less than 100 endpoints and its features are comparable if not better than pricey competitors offering the same features.

Little over 6 months, I find it better than PDQ offering I am also using. Easy to deploy software updates and patches to endpoints regardless of location. Being free for <100 endpoints certainly halps small businesses.

It's the best tool I already used for inventory and patch management purposes.

Action1 has become an indispensable tool in our toolbox. Actually, it is more like a toolbox of tools. We have software deployments, patching, and scripts which set configurations all running automatically. They are continually improving their platform as well and I am optimistic that the product will just keep getting better.
