We use Zendesk as a ticketing system for our members to be able to contact us when they have an issue with our platform. We find that for this purpose it works really well. We are able to link our phone system to it as well making it easy to call monitor and deal with complaints.

Solves our Access Administration and Approval needs for audit

Our whole org can go to one piece of software to request access to various applications. Zendesk also stores the approval chain so it is easy to produce reports for Auditors.

Premium Support Centre Platform which comes at a cost!

I had a positive expensive working with Zendesk. I set up the support center portals using their customizable templates and found that they worked well for us and our customers. The Zendesk support team were helpful when we needed to contact them too.
