Great features and flexibility, can be overwhelming

To me, Salesforce Sales Cloud is an ESSENTIAL tool for any sales department. It may be costly, but it's the best for a reason.

It allows businesses to tailor the platform to their specific needs, integrate with various other tools and systems, and automate many aspects of the sales process. This flexibility, combined with robust reporting and analytics, helps organizations manage and optimize their sales operations effectively.

loved it altogether. once you have your profile how you want it to look it flows so well and again being able to have multiple users and not overlapping is amazing

I was positively surprised when I started using the system on how easy it was to use and to move from an old software we were using
