All was satisfactory. Needs bit improvement

I have been using Salesforce in every sales position I've had. I can't imagine another way to manage the sales pipeline and track interactions.

I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.

Best of breed and has everything you could need both as a CRM and a platform that can scale with you.
