We adopted the Sales cloud few years ago and it changed the way we work and manage our CRM. It helped us have all the visibilities which we never had before plus reporting made it easy to make informed business decisions. It made lives easier for each team and the ability to customize this platrom is really great which makes it easy to adopt and make it as we change the requirements.

I love the software and it's a great tool. I recommend it because of the ability to customize to suit all business needs. The support community is unparalleled.

Io utilizzo questo software da ormai quasi un anno e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, mi ha sempre aiutato a svolgere al meglio il mio lavoro, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la ricerca di cliente complicati e non. E' un software che consiglierei a tutti di usare, sia a chi è alle prime armi con prodotti simili, che non, perchè è molto facile e intuitivo da utilizzare.

J'ai utilisé Salesforce au quotidien pour la création et suivi des opportunités commerciales de mon équipe et la gestion des agendas (aide à l'automatisation des tâches : rappels automatiques, notifications etc.). Le logiciel m'a également permis de faire un suivi et un analyse des ventes avec la possibilité de création de tableaux de bords très détaillés.
