I'd definitely recommend eFile to anyone. I'd say overall experience is 9/10.

So far we have been happy with the program. The support and training is lacking but the general ease of use makes eFileCabinet work for us.

I am satisfied with eFileCabinet. I have all my client information displayed at my fingertips. It is user friendly and I can access my files any time and any where. I can call customer service and get someone knowledgeable to assist me right away. I have an accounts manager that reaches out to me regularly, which I love!

This has solved an issue at my job because we can access these documents on Ipads, Laptops...etc out side of out work environment. We store a lot of out Disaster Recovery Documents so we can have access to them at all hours even if we are not at work on the work network.
