Just what I was looking for

I started using mHelpDesk about a year ago and have found it to be a great help. I have experience with some open source content management systems and was looking at putting a solution together myself, but I didn't have time to do this and try to get my business off the ground at the same time. I tried mHelpDesk and found it to be just what I was looking for, and well worth the money. The iOS app is especially helpful for me and it's been great to see that lots of features and improvements have been added since I started using mHelpDesk. No solution is perfect but, the development I've seen in the last year makes me confident that mHelpDesk will continue to grow along my business. Give it a try for yourself!

I had an overall great experience with mHelpDesk. I had such a great experience that I actually never took the time to consider other options for a while.

QuickBooks does everything that this does and then some. It keeps track of all expenses and every transaction. plus you can do your taxes directly from the app and all invoices and deposits go directly into your accounting software. It syncs with banks and credit cards etc. Way more cool features giving you everything in one place that makes it a lot easier.

Mhelpdesk hits the spot...

We have a small service business (10 employees) and had a need for a product with an intuitive interface but without needing a big learning curve or lots of IT support. Mhelpdesk really works for us. Our folks can access and update work orders, estimates and do invoicing from the desk, iPad, or smart phone. Also, when a new call come in we are immediately notified by email. The price structure is great!

Never Disappointed!

The ease of use and great customer support service. If I have questions I can easily chat. If it complex they will call you directly. I usually get any issues resolved quickly. The issues are usually user error. They take suggestions, and those suggestions can actually come to fruition.
