Do not like the auto population of tickets, that it doesn't automatically update ticket when opening of the account manager. or at least by ZIP

Has some great features

I really wanted to be able to use this software as it has so many great features and options, and although I'm sure it's a great option for some businesses, it just wasn't the right fit for ours at this time.

The more individuals using this the more items that i need to be able to customize and the less i find that can be done. It is getting frustrating not being able to pick and choose items that are important to my business.

We have tried every, and I mean every invoicing solution to maintain customer lists, invoices and equipment. We started out with a program that I created and that was web based so that I could use it anywhere. We understood the importance of having our software web based early on and being in the techology field, we know that we must evolve and change with the technology world as it changes daily. We tried Quick Books for Invoicing, and that didn't last long. It was too complex for everyone to use on a daily basis. We used Freshbooks which is satisfactory but limitations on mobile use. We had to buy a separate app just to use it on our Samsung phones and Android Tablets. Mhelpdesk is by far a different type of software. In our opinion, none of these solutions come close! Use our experience, our mistakes, our headaches, and our frustrations and learn from it to avoid what we went through and just go straight for the horns and use Mhelpdesk. You will never need to look for an alternative. In case you haven't noticed yet, you need to be able to do business anywhere. We are just in total WOW about Mhelpdesk. You can even schedule customers / clients and sync with Google Calendar. Mhelpdesk is an all in one solution! Thank you, thank you, thank you Mhelpdesk! If I wasn't married already, I would marry Mhelpdesk.
