New Client Trying to Organize

MHelpdesk has been quite helpful for our company so far. We are still in the midst of trying to transition over to using it as our full service. The Mobile App has been far from useful. It is not set up well and offers you really no access to MHelpdesk at all. On the plus side the website is Mobile friendly. But it would be nice to be able to access more through the APP. I have had good customer service from our Rep and she has been a great help. Little slow at the replies but all in all good. I rate this overall 3 stars just because from what we have done it has been ok. Once we fully transition into it maybe it will improve.

MHelpDesk makes scheduling and invoicing so easy

This software has made scheduling jobs so much easier, and the integration with QuickBooks is great. I also like the ability with the mobile app to clock in and out of jobs on site. Having access to pictures has saved time on several jobs where questions arose. We have only been customers for a short time, and in that time, we've seen upgrades that help run our business more smoothly which leads me to believe this will only keep getting better as time passes.

Frustrating

I signed up this program based on a recommendation and they told me it was great customer support. I have not had the same experience, I am pretty independent and a quick learner, I feel like I need to really know computer coding to use this program most effectively and that is something I don't know well.
