Ease of use. MHelpDesk also has a mobile app with everything you need to provide successful service. This app takes care of EVERYTHING from adding a new customer all the way to accepting payment.

I thought that going with one company to help me build and manage the backend for my company was the best thing to do so I moved from ZOHO.vom to Mhelp Desk. It took almost a month to get everything set up and then about another month to get everyone trained andn up to date. now that I have everyone trained up I would like to say that is is an awesome system by the lag time via mobile devices like a tablet is so aggravating because it takes so long to load. I have lost jobs because the homeowners say that my sales guys take to long and they don't have time to wait this is super frustrating because one of the biggest selling points is that I can access and use the system everywhere...yes I can but only if I an extra hours to frustrate a customer that wanted to buy from me, but is changing their mind with every minute that goes by while I wait for MHelp Desk to load. I sent in messages to the customer service desk and they told me that they knew about the lag time but that they had an app coming out back in December that would make everything faster...It is March, 5 months later and still no app an still slow service...and it doesnt matter if I have wifi right next to me the system still loads slow. Mhelp desk definately needs to change or do something about this because I am already meeting with people to seek other options for a faster system.

i like that you can color code each employee, the scheduling feature is pretty simple and easy to use and the layout is easy to read, you can drag the calendar box to change the appointment times rather than going in the appointment to change the information. you can create groups rather than just scheduling people individually. you can add unlimited users

I am always pleased with the service we receive from the MHelp desk team. We signed up a couple months ago and have requested assistance on several forms and training. We signed up with the premier service and have been extremely happy with the product. We researched MHelp Desk along with many other software services for our HVAC company and this software has 99% of what we need in our business. The service and the software is worth the price. I have worked in the software field for over 10 years and can appreciate the extra effort the team does for our company. Integrates with QB very easily.
